Project timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content submission, or approvals. Strategic Media shall not be held responsible for deadline extensions arising from such delays.

6. Project Deliverables and Ownership

Legal ownership of all final approved deliverables shall vest in the Client only upon receipt of full and complete payment as per the agreed invoice or contract. Until such payment is received, Strategic Media retains all rights over the work product.

Strategic Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects, design work, campaigns, and creative outputs in its portfolio, case studies, social media channels, and promotional materials, unless expressly restricted by a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality clause.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The delivery of certain services may involve the use of third-party platforms, software, tools, advertising networks, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, or social media channels (“Third-Party Services”).

Strategic Media does not own, control, or operate any Third-Party Services and shall not be liable for any interruptions, policy updates, account restrictions, algorithm changes, data breaches, service discontinuations, or other actions taken by such third parties. Clients are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of all relevant third-party platforms independently

8. Domain Registration and Hosting

Where Strategic Media assists a client with domain registration, hosting setup, DNS configuration, or website deployment, the Client remains solely responsible for maintaining ownership of and access credentials to such services, as well as ensuring timely renewal to avoid expiration.

Strategic Media shall not be liable for any losses, including loss of data, website downtime, domain expiry, hosting suspension, or business disruption, arising from the Client’s failure to manage or renew third-party hosting or domain services.

9. Disclaimer of Guaranteed Results

Strategic Media is committed to delivering high-quality services and employing industry-standard strategies. However, due to the inherent variability of digital environments, we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding the achievement of specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Search engine rankings or organic visibility.
Website traffic volumes or quality.
Lead generation, conversions, or inquiries.
Sales, revenue, or return on investment.
Advertising performance metrics.
Social media follower growth or engagement rates.

Results are influenced by numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competitive landscape, platform algorithm changes, and audience behaviour. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Strategic Media and QuirkyTechz, along with their employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this Website or the provision of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
